Our manufacturing team is responsible for building high specification, right first time buildings to meet the high expectations of our clients. Working within the BIM architecture they take our design intent and using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) techniques create high quality, zero carbon products that can be installed on site 60% faster than traditional methods. Our state of the art factory (Zero1) in Newmarket is a controlled environment that allows our team to work safely with a continuous improvement mindset; continually pushing the boundaries of MMC allowing us to scale up and meet customer demand.



Our supply chain people are at the heart of the business developing a complex supply chain to ensure it is fit for purpose and meets the delivery needs of the organisation across manufacturing, construction and aftercare. Split across category functions the team primarily focus on supply chain and category development, strategic buying and support to delivery teams.



At NetZero Buildings, a high quality, high specification zero carbon building is extremely important to us. The quality team ensure that we live up to this vision by implementing and improving quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures. The quality team spend much of their time bringing the voice of the customer into our manufacturing, construction and aftercare teams to ensure as a business we meet our vision of ZERO DEFECTS. A new and growing team, the quality function is an exciting place to be as we blend manufacturing and construction methodologies to make sure we deliver a product that is right first time, every time.


Health and Safety

People are our most important asset whether they are an employee, contractor or visitor to one of our many sites and locations. The health, safety and environmental (HSE) team ensure that all these people are safe and go home unharmed day after day. The health & wellbeing of our teams is extremely important to us as an organisation and the HSE team are the hub that ensures we meet both our regulatory responsibilities and our business vision of what the lived experience of our employees should be. Working across all areas of the business, our HSE team are regularly found improving processes, coaching, mentoring and advising employees to ensure we meet our ZERO HARM vision day after day.


HR and Learning and Development

Our HR and Learning and Development team are focused on making NetZero Building an employer of choice and work to support recruitment, retention and the ongoing learning and development of our staff. We are aware that our people are our greatest asset and we aim to provide an inclusive organisational culture that enables staff to deliver, grow and feel real value in their contributions, helping our company thrive.



Our Finance Team partner across our business to enable our financial operations to run effectively. We are responsible for internal financial management reporting to our stakeholders and external financial reporting and compliance. Our team takes a proactive approach in continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes within an effective financial control environment. Our team focuses on personal development through close working relationships, on the job coaching and providing support for study towards professional qualifications.

The qualifications listed in the job description are there to help you select the role that best fits your background and aspirations, so pay close attention and outline how you meet these requirements

You will have an initial remote interview with either the recruiting manager, a nominated representative or HR. This is expected to last approx. 30 minutes to seek clarification on the application is required and provide information about the role.

If you progress through the remote interview you will be invited to a face to face interview with the recruiting manager and HR. You will be given to opportunity to meet colleagues and if a practical element of assessment is included you will be made aware of this at invite. Throughout the interview process, feel free to ask your interviewers for clarification. Ask questions—about the work, about the team, about the culture.

After your interviews are done, the panel review your application, interview feedback and scores, any work samples you submitted and any practical assessment undertaken. Once the recommendation for hire is complete this is finally approved by the relevant Director to provide another layer of objectivity and review.
