NetZero Housing

Better homes, brighter futures

Designed in partnership with Public Sector Plc our zero energy homes are one of the foundations of a reduced carbon future that won’t rely on fossil fuels.

That’s why we have such ambitious plans within this exciting sector. For instance, our latest joint-venture with a leading UK property partner means we’ll be delivering 250 off-site manufactured electric homes a year across the country from 2019.

A zero energy home is not just a ‘green home’ or a home with solar panels – it’s one that combines advanced design and superior building systems with energy efficiency and on-site solar panels to produce a better and more affordable home.

Through air-tight, well insulated, and energy efficient construction, our houses produce as much renewable energy as they consume over the course of a year, leaving homeowners with a net zero energy bill, and a carbon-free home. Not to mention clean air, comfortable temperatures, and a quiet environment.

In fact, thicker more air-tight walls, fresh filtered air, and advanced window technologies, among many other features, ensure that our zero energy houses are better protected and more durable than traditionally built homes.
