Business Development Manager
- Location: Central London head office; travel UK-wide

We wish to recruit a new Business Development Manager; to develop new clients and manage these relationships, particularly (but not exclusively) in the education sector. The role will appeal to graduate calibre candidates with experience in the modular construction field, who are keen to pursue a career in building development, specifically in the emerging off-site construction sector with an emphasis on sustainable property. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate an appetite for the subject matter with strong sales and interpersonal skills, preferably with business development experience in the education field.
